Location
PLAN 34 is a project built as a multi-storey industrial warehouse. The project is adjacent to İstoç and
İkitelli OSB at the junction of the Northern Marmara Highway, TEM and Basın Ekspres main roads. The
project consists of 12 floors, and with the truck ramp in the building, truck transportation is possible to
reach every floor, aiming for maximum efficiency. PLAN 34 is an advantageous project in transportation
and shipments with its location and structural features.
Construction Phase
Plan 34 project has been constructed in accordance with earthquake regulations by using dense iron
reinforcement and TSE certified C40 class ready-mixed concrete.It is a safe structure built on rocky
ground with a raft foundation with thickness of 2 meters.
Floor Plan
The PLAN 34 project has leasable storage areas between 500 m2 and 35.000 m2. In addition to that also,
it has been designed as independent areas suitable for street-facing stores, banks, restaurants and
similar use. There are also street, ground and terrace parking lots.
